If during signup, it shows the wrong total amount, for example: YOUR TOTAL SIGNUP CHARGE EQUALS $0.00, the reason may be because the plan settings wizard was not completed. So, if there are some changes (values) in plan settings, make sure that you have completed plan settings wizard (open plan settings and click 'next' button to finish the wizard). Check the issue again.
